Jack Daniels, single barrel, but to the point, even if you search for it,
you can't find it.

To add to the confusion, since IBM i has not been moved to the new site,
and storage has, you need two entirely different sets of URLs for
everything, and I can tell you, most of it does not work.....

I miss Walt Ling. He never let support get away from the customers......

Be ye talking about this site, laddie?
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action

Which anyone can easily find at
https://www.ibm.com/support/home/
underneath the heading "Open a case" and pick "IBM Z and IBM i software
products"

Methinks you need to consume better scotch.

Subject: IBM "Support" site

Ever since the "New" support site has been set up and we have to use that,
it's been impossible to get into the site to update PMRs, or god forbid
create one.

Is this IBMs new plan for cutting down support calls, only take the SEV 1
calls on line?

It was bad before, but manageable, now it's nearly impossible.......

Anyone figured out how to use this piece of web &%$# ????
