The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Be ye talking about this site, laddie?
https://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/Home.action
Which anyone can easily find at
https://www.ibm.com/support/home/
underneath the heading "Open a case" and pick "IBM Z and IBM i software products"
Methinks you need to consume better scotch.

Subject: IBM "Support" site
Ever since the "New" support site has been set up and we have to use that, it's been impossible to get into the site to update PMRs, or god forbid create one.
Is this IBMs new plan for cutting down support calls, only take the SEV 1 calls on line?
It was bad before, but manageable, now it's nearly impossible.......
Anyone figured out how to use this piece of web &%$# ????
