I want to apologize
Since I originally posted this question, I have been having problems receiving e-mail from midrange.com
It turns out that I have 2 separate spam folders - and the midrange.com e-mails were ending up in the spam folder that I did not know I have
So everyone who replied to my question - thanks
I just have to wade my way through everything to determine what I did in fact receive
