HA vendor is assuming I am doing my SWA wrong. I replied with

and asked them what I am doing wrong.
Objects are locked by their software while following their recommendations
for saving a target HA system.
I also asked them if it was an issue if the objects only get backed up
once a quarter during our restricted state save.
