I've never tried that.  It seems I have some issues.  I clicked on the QoS option and it said the server was stopped.  I double clicked on that message to perhaps see what my options were and it said the Host Servers must be correctly installed.  I go and look in DSPSFWRSC and it says they are installed.  So things look reasonable.

After hitting okay on the error, though, now it wants to configure a new QoS .  It's asking me about things like data collection and journaling, which I'm not really able to answer.  Maybe I'll try on the development partition.

No, only theoretical calculation (moving x GB over z minutes). We've gotten rid of most of those requirements. Now our only pipe issue is offsite HA replication.
