RE: How does one apply a new UAK (Update Access Key)?

I tried Service Management, Connectivity, Electronic Service Agent Setup
Wizard, and did the connectivity test and that worked. Then I did Service
Management, Serviceability, Transmit Service Information, Update Access
Key Information, Send Now and .... nothing. That's when I dug deeper and
found COD.
