haha just got some screen shots.
V5000 shows sometimes read latency > 40ms
and write latency >80ms

Think i'll leave office for today and go for a beer...

Can you check disk latency and disk waits?
You can use PDI or any performance tool.
RPG is really sensitive to latency.
