Even weirder: I tried doing the production IFS directory from QShell, but using (presumably) InfoZip, and it threw the same exception, batch or interactive.
But then I tried it from a QP2TERM session, and it ran without complaining until the ZIP file simply got too large. No real problem; I can always ZIP the directory in pieces.
I know how to do QShell in a batch job, but what's the non-interactive equivalent of QP2SHELL?
