Ok here are the results Rob.

From Command prompt run as administrator and ftp to the IBMi

ls does not chow dates so I used dir.

File date shows correctly -
MSDDCB 7707 05/10/18 13:20:19 *STMF bookingDetails.php
<<=====Correct

From 5250 session with FTP

MSDDCB 7707 05/10/18 13:20:19 *STMF bookingDetails.php
<<=====Correct

From WinSCP without the site listfmt 1 added to the log in script

Let's remove all non IBM i interference.
Try a ftp session from 5250 to itself.
Try the ls command there. See if the dates are hokey. If they are, open
a ticket with IBM.
