I would offer a suggestion:
delete the joblog history table
Recreate it (recreating handles new columns better than CREATE OR REPLACE)
but instead use WITH NO DATA.
Use the QSYS2.JOB_INFO UDTF to get your list of jobs with the appropriate
status.
For each job, run that through QSYS2.JOBLOG_INFO to populate the joblog
history table.
Time that job to see if you can just call that procedure as a step in a
brms control group or if you want to run it a bit earlier.
