Are you doing this for RPG or PHP and other scripting ?

Might be smarter to look at an FTP enabled editor like Visual Studio Code that can open and save over FTP automatically.

Open/Save/Run if it's PHP or any other scripting.

Been using it for years Richard, but nice as it is that is what I'm trying to get away from.

The sequence run program, ftp IFS file to local drive, open local copy, rinse and repeat gets tedious after a while!
