I tried /mysupport on a new, like new Tuesday, VM and it still fails. All three browsers. Soon as I pres OK on the log in page *SPLAT.

Tried your link with the language selection (below) - same error.

The old pmr system still used for a few products is

and that's working fine for me also.

Again, clearing cache seems to do the trick.
Some IBM sites know they are so bad at this they actually have a link to
clear IBM cache.
