Did you ever have them replace a drive or something?

In the years we had their HW maintenance on the IBM i, they replaced 2
drives, replaced an LTO tape drive, replaced both internal and external
tape drives, and replaced batteries. No issues.

We had a "former IBM CE" go to third party. Not quite a "shoot on site"
picture at the entrance door, but close.

I was fearful when I went from IBM HW maintenance to ServIT. The fear was
for naught as they have performed admirably for many years. They even
kept
2 disk drives on site so if there was ever a disk failure there were
spares
already here.
