select change_timestamp, objname, objtype, objlib
from table (qsys2.object_statistics('*USRLIBL', '*FILE', 'INVCCPFM') ) as
x;

So probably a simple

select change_timestamp into :ChangeTimestamp
from table (qsys2.object_statistics('*USRLIBL', '*FILE', 'INVCCPFM') ) as
x;

would work.
