The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

RTVMSG (and API QMHRTVM) will allow you to reconstruct the message text based on the message id, message file name, message file library and the message replacement data.
I see no message text in the event data, unfortunately. I looked in the 7.3 Infocenter.
Regards,
Kevin.

Subject: RE: WRKWCH suggestions to replace HALCYON joblog monitor
Kevin,
I am using *MSGID.
I have all the Message replacement data in the Event Data structure.
Am I correct that I will have to cat the message data and the replacement data and reconstruct the original message?
The entire original message is not available, is this correct?
Paul
