Technically it will be my issue, yes, but it's from their ignorance. They
don't even send out late notices to people without BPs. If they did, their
revenue would probably go down measurably lol.

All I care is if they try to charge a late fee because of they can't put
together an invoice in 2 weeks. I doubt they will.
