Hmm. You might be right, I'll check... That is where we got it from.

The kicker is ACS 1.1.8.0 requires Java 8, with that JDK it works, great.
(32Bit versions)

In user tests we've found ACS loads in about 2/3s the time (big when it's
Citrix), the 5250 sessions start about twice as fast, even the file
upload/download is faster. (New ODBC driver from base package) What's
more is the ACSLAUNCH program does not freeze up on us anymore. It used to
go for a short time then freeze, requiring a reboot of the instance.

Jim,

You mentioned that you downloaded the IBM JDK 8. Where did you get it?
When I tried to find it, this page https://developer.ibm.com/
javasdk/downloads/sdk8/ says I need to go to the IBM Eclipse Install page
which then directs me to this page for Windows on Intel
https://www-01.ibm.com/marketing/iwm/iwm/web/pickUrxNew.do?source=idpe.
Looking at the versions listed, nothing says JDK 8. I tried the one
labeled, win64-520 and that ended up containing version 7.
