That's fine for the short term for IBM i server products like Navigator for
i. Longer term, what happens when Oracle deprecates Java 8?

What about PC based IBM i related products that depend upon Intel jvm?

Off the top of my head, that's at least Access Client Solutions and
Rational Developer for i in my shop.
