Well, I should have said 'receipt.' Irregular Customers don't have to provide an email address to dump stuff. Just money.
Old sofa-- check! Old TV stand with room for large CRT-TV, VCR, and tapes-- check! Old mattress-- check! Just dump it in the proper bin and away it goes!
Funny thing-- show up with a pickup truck of Stuff mid-week, and you pay by weight. Show up Saturday, it's a flat rate. Mid-week was cheaper (at least for furniture)!
I'm sure there's an electronic link from the scale office to the Central Computer. And regular customers may just have an ID number.
