Hi, Don,

You may also want to try to find copies of a couple of books, such as:

"Starter Kit for the IBM iSeries & AS/400" by Gary Guthrie, Wayne Madden, (c) 2001, NEWS/400 Books
and
"Understanding AS/400 System Operations" by Mike Dawson, Marge Hohly (c) 2000, Midrange Computing

These are slightly older and "out of print", but most of their content is still relevant, and  you can likely find slightly used copies at sites like http://www.abebooks.com -- I recommend these titles because they are fairly comprehensive and they are written in a "tutorial" style.

Hope that helps,

Mark S. Waterbury

I have worked with IBM midrange since the early 70's but have not done a
lot of one on one instruction.

A lot of you have.

Any words of wisdom or more specifically any suggested agenda or methods
or comments ?

Appreciate any suggestions.

Thank you
