Because if you've priced new 3 ring binders...
I donated most of the empty binders in a timely fashion. Kept a dozen or
so (we sure have the space).

I dumped at least 50 IBM 3-ring binders (all empty) this past Monday.
Don't know why I've been keeping them the past 10+ years.

When I found people were limiting their development to what could be

found

in the paper manuals I removed them all after hours and inserted them

into

the dumpster.

Infocenter has a "What's New" section and even each section (languages,
Db2, etc) have their own "What's new" sections. And they are updated at
TR, or group, or on a whim.
