Rob--

How long ago was that? I don't remember the last time I saw an IBM manual!

I think we have several of the -binders- around, but the contents were outdated around v6!

When I found people were limiting their development to what could be found
in the paper manuals I removed them all after hours and inserted them into
the dumpster.

Infocenter has a "What's New" section and even each section (languages,
Db2, etc) have their own "What's new" sections. And they are updated at
TR, or group, or on a whim.
