We have a product called Report Splitter that contains capability to generically process an outq and perform searches or other custom processing on the spool files.

I did a project several years back where we were working with a customer who had a need to regularly scan their spool files and route accordingly so this functionality sounds like it would work for you if you're open to commercial options.

I'm always happy to do a technology demo for you and you can also download a free trial to test it out.
