The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

@DB2 UDTF versus DSPLOG MSGID(CPF1100):
I'm travelling around and have to use, what the customer has installed and
the UDTF is rather new and not available on all systems. Comparing both, the
UDTF is a little bit more handy, but it might be slower, as it seems to have
most of its selectivity in the second step (select statement).
@returncode: for the returncode, only the cpf1164 is needed, DSPLOG
MSGID(CPF1164) would be sufficient. The returncode and the secondary
returncode are part of the message text. DSPLOG has the possibility to give
it's output to a printfile and a little programm is needed to query the
data. This might be a little bit clumsy compared to the UDTF way, but has
more info. Everybody has to decide what to use.
I'm using a homemade tool, starting with DSPLOG MSGID(CPF1100), joining
together the CPF1124 and CPF1164 for every job, so I have additional
information (total runtime, cpu time and derived cpu%) the OP would not
need.
