You copied the .dmp file or the .zip file to your PC?

If I'm reading this right, you're supposed to use jextract on the .dmp
file, in order to create the .zip file:

But I really am just guessing. I didn't understand those instructions
too well. It seems like you're really meant to use specialized tools
to work with those things.

That being said, it's well worth having 7-Zip on your PC. There are a
few other good multi-archive programs worth checking out too (you can
Google for alternatives to 7-Zip), but I've stuck with 7-Zip. I'm not
saying that it would necessarily help you in this case (a properly
constructed .zip *should* be able to be opened directly in Windows),
but you're likely to find it handy down the road.
