It has been rather annoying in 7.1 and earlier releases to have to apply
PTFs before Navigator would work. The 7.3 release appears to be more
reliable, though it being SLOW, still!

I do look forward to configuring virtual disks and partitions this way, and
I hope it works. I was hoping to get some reassurance from others who may
have successfully configured partitions using this interface. IBM seems to
have at least a half dozen different interfaces for configuring partitions
- some graphical, some green screen, some AIX based, some APIs. It's hard
to know which interface to choose. I liken it to a cluttered room.

VPM doesn't appear to have good documentation, and the little that is there
is split between the GUI and the green screen.
