GO LICPGM
50. Display log for messages
Then
DSPPTF 5770999
and see if they are all permanently applied.
You're getting close to having to 'slip the lic'...
but try this first.

When I try that, I get program messages that a whole bunch of MFxxxxx
PTFs not applied permanently:
e.g.,
PTF MF61476 not applied permanently. PTF MF60772 required.
PTF MF61476 not applied permanently. PTF MF60685 required.
PTF MF61476 not applied permanently. PTF MF64580 required.
