Even worse when they ask SPECIFIC questions and you already provided EXACTLY that information (knowing they would need it). Open enough tickets and you get pretty good and knowing the things they are likely to need!

And THE worst are those that then close the ticket: "Responded to customer." And they expect you to open a new ticket with the same information plus the new responses. I don't let them play that game and if it ruins their stats for percentage of tickets closed on day 1, tough noogies.
