I really despise vendor support when you fill out a ticket on their
website. It takes them a full day to email you back and the first email
is a form email with only generic questions which either were already
asked on their website, or could have been.
- Please list your time zone and working hours as well as any preferred
contact times?
- What is the specific version and build number of (our software) you are
using?
- What version of Domino and OS are you using?
