Yes. They're a construction company. Construction cost accounting is not a
high tech business. Their vendor offers the tools needed at the job site to
feed into system.

I already told him about my client who spent 8 years and millions to switch
to Oracle. He was real quiet when I told about the day the owner of the
company powered off the Oracle side of the data center.
Killing the Oracle project was one of his first acts when he returned from
being a US Ambassador. Oracle offered him the JD Edwards software for free.
When he mentioned that to me, I asked him if he wanted to spend another
couple million for a bigger system and for implementation services.
