Yup. Half the systems need to be replaced because they're stuck at 7.1. The
new boss is going to have his hands full trying to get the money to replace
them, but he's an Oracle guy, so he's not afraid to ask for a boatload of
money.

The real scam artists are gone. They burned through 100 million in an
attempt to switch to SAP.
