ps-- I moved the spooled file to an empty outq, then used SAVOBJ / RSTOBJ. I used our own SNDSAVF command to move the SAVF between systems.

I just tried saving an outq to a SAVF (SPLFDTA(*ALL)), sending it to our other system, and restoring it. Files with overlays kept their overlay attributes.

And when I released it to an output queue, as long as the overlay existed on the receiving system (in the right library) it printed with the overlay.
