Oh, I reread this. It's not that he was concerned that the OS upgrade or
restore changed the object change date. He's more concerned about knowing
what files were changed because of CRUD so he can do something based on
that. And he thinks this changed due to the OS upgrade. Now I get him.
I think Justin is right.
Try comparing these:
