Their SSL will break at some near future point, and their "extended support" will NOT fix it.

It's definitely a problem for some folks I know. E.g., their tape lib goes unsupported in 7.2 and their CEC in 7.3.

Moral is, if you're going to stay on the platform going forward, better keep up with it, cheaper in the long run.
