My own first choice would be an IBM 3487HC (color InfoWindow II). We've currently got a 3477FA (amber monocrhome InfoWindow), a 3489 (InfoWindow II for a separate VGA monitor), and an early Twinax model Affirmative Yestation). They're all nice.
