It did change in 7.2 - so working as intended. The order of the
parameters flipped.

IBM has stated there are no planned cume's for 7.1. And 6.1 did NOT
get
"one last hurrah" cume when it hit EOS either.
But that shouldn't stop individual or group PTF's, at least until it
hits EOS.
