The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

When I clicked on the help I got a detailed email that they opened a
ticket for me on this. It even had a link with the service request
imbedded in it.
However when I click on that link I get the service request site (at least
no 500 error) but I get
No data was found for this display.
No data was found for this display that matched the search criteria.
Basically the ticket cannot be found.

So I submitted web site feed back on that.
