Not *that* curious. ;) Especially since you were kind enough to
answer. My questions weren't really directed at you (thus I didn't
leave any of your message quoted in mine); you just happened to have
the last message in the thread, and I generally reply at the end
unless I have a compelling reason to quote an earlier post.

I can say that I sent myself a test email with a Reply To and no List ID,
and the only button shown is the Reply button.

Well, that's quite revealing, thanks!

Also, the Reply List button has a dropdown that includes Reply List, Reply
All, and Reply (TB 52.5.0 32-bit).

Cool. Seems pretty thorough, which isn't surprising.
