I wonder:
How does Thunderbird know it's dealing with a mailing list? Does it
rely on the presence of a "list-id" field?
Does the "Reply List" button always send to the "reply-to" field, even
if the message is NOT part of a mailing list?
If it's a mailing list message, does the "Reply List" button send to
the list even if there is no "reply-to" field?
If it's not a mailing list message but nevertheless has a "reply-to"
field, does the "Reply" button send to the "reply-to" field regardless
of the new config setting?
