Thank you. The writer generally doesn't end while it's inactive. It ends
in between spool files. We are doing some heavy PDF direct printing but it
also will end while printing plain text reports.

Should be able to remote into the printer and see it. It's my guess
that Windows spooling sends smaller chunks than the i (just a guess).
Am assuming you have the right mfgtypmdl parameter..
