you. I see no negative ramifications other than another IBM call. I
wouldn't do it so often that the CE stops calling.

And it worked. Got a call from IBM too.

I just did VFYSRVCFG SERVICE(*ecs) VFYOPT(*ALL) to check and got this:

The value Edge_Problem_Report does not match an existing service
destination.
Verify processing failed.
Verification for QVPN01IBM1 was successful.
Verification for QVPN01IBM2 was successful.
