From what I saw ARP was only for the same subnet. This isn't our

situation.
Both HMC01 and HMC02 show connections to RACK3 using port 30000 and 30001
However only HMC01 will show RACK3 as connected. HMC02 shows it as No
Connection. And, shows it by IP address even though I entered the
connection by name.
