Absolutely not.
Generally speaking, no. Unless you have too, like when loading a subfile
or outputting a report. In that case, make sure to use a multi-row fetch.
As far as ODP, are they causing a problem? If so, what's the problem?
(CLRPFM perhaps?) We can fix that.
If she's just concerned about the number of ODP, don't be. The system will
manage them just fine.
