Based on information that you provided off line, my thinking is a fix or
reinstall on the client. (Easier and less intrusive than doing the server).
I would try a fix on a workstation, if that fails, uninstall and re-install
on the same workstation. If that works, you will need to address the issue
at each individual workstation. For some, you may find a fix works, for
others uninstall/reinstall is the ticket.
