Based On Welly's post and matching it with a google search and the OP's
reply I would suggest the following:

Find the ID of the (or a) person trying to attach.
WRKUSRPRF <F4>
Either enter *ALL or the ID of the user in question.
Find that ID.
5=Display

Towards the bottom you will see
User profile . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : ACCTG
Home directory . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : /home/ACCTG
Record the value of Home directory
WRKLNK followed by the directory enclosed in apostrophes. For example
WRKLNK '/home/ACCTG'
Don't forget the apostrophes and all the slashes.
Did it exist? If not, then either change the user profile, or restore
it.

Also, on WRKUSRPRF, you will see
Job description . . . . . . . . . . . . . : JOBDSW
Library . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : MGRTEST078
Verify it exists and is not damaged by
DSPJOBD MGRTEST078/JOBDSW
Job description JOBDSW not displayed.
Library MGRTEST078 not found.
Well, I just happened to pick a generic ID used for testing which hasn't
been done (for that application) in about a decade or so. What luck.

As far as applying service packs, well, since you're running V5R3 good
luck with that.

Hi Ali,
Here is some of the potential cause
- The user profile does not exist.
- The home directory on the user profile does not exist.
- The job description on the user profile does not exist.

Also try to apply the latest servicepacks

Check QZSCSRVS usually there will be entry about the error

As400 Version V5r3 , i spoke to one guy and he told me reinstallation

Client Access in IBM will resolve the issue right now im getting error

Along that line of thinking since the error happened during a save,
and
the system was forced with the control panel, might there be damaged
objects, specifically library objects?

Ali: you don't mention what level of OS or anything else about the
environment.
