Your upgrade should be fine.
The hardest part is knowing if all the 3rd party products will work.
Reach out to them, if any.

Are you using an image catalog for your upgrade?
If so, to minimize your down window, consider building a combined V7R2 and CUM image.

Thing is, I have a *short* window to get this done - a couple of weeks, so I'm asking lots of questions. Some I've already found myself (MTUs, PTF lists, supported hardware), but getting verification from the real experts here helps a bunch. It really does.

We used to be VAR. I had certifications and what-not, and it was on me to do the installs and upgrades, and hardware maintenance (about 2-3 per year at the time). But that was several years ago...

9th item down. But that won't work without the PTFs.
