I ask myself those questions all the time. I'm not prepared *yet*, but will be
:)

Thing is, I have a *short* window to get this done - a couple of weeks, so I'm
asking lots of questions. Some I've already found myself (MTUs, PTF lists,
supported hardware), but getting verification from the real experts here helps a
bunch. It really does.

I hope y'all don't mind...

We used to be VAR. I had certifications and what-not, and it was on me to do the
installs and upgrades, and hardware maintenance (about 2-3 per year at the
time). But that was several years ago...

So as not to look like I'm ducking the question, GO LICPGM option 5, 9th 
item down. But that won't work without the PTFs.
