Yes an no. As I mentioned to Larry, I see a lot of customers buying
"used" systems. Where they get them I don't ask. :) But I don't
think it's IBM.

But in this case all they need to do is upgrade to i 7.2 or 7.3 correct?
They can be frustrated I suppose that they did not simply order their
new machine with the new release but that's not really on IBM if the
customer picked the release.
