Lots and lots and lots. Out of date ciphers causing issues with many
browsers for one.

But I suppose your question is more geared towards the "does applying
certain PTFs cause issues" genre. I can't help you there, I've not been
on 7.1 in years. One of the many risks in running ancient versions of the
OS is that many of the people who do, no longer apply PTF's so you can no
longer stand on the shoulders of those who blaze the trail before you
because there are few, if any left. Many of us have forgotten several of
the pains of upgrading from 7.1 because it has been so long since we've
upgraded. Then again, with the end of service for 7.1 less than a year
out, there may be a new flock.
