Jeff,
You and I might be inclined to put things like lan console (and/or HMC)
ports on our internal network with no vlan subsetting and therefore we
would have a 10. type of address. This would panic many on this list who
think it's totally legitimate for your payroll data to be on a network
open to employees because, well, who cares about that stuff, but your
system control should be on a separate dedicated network.
